Ms. Sammy Struttmann

Sammy Struttmann received her B.S.E. in Middle Level Education with concentration in Social Science and Language Arts from Georgia State University. Ms.Struttmann has experience with the Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta and has worked with young people as a volleyball and softball coach. Ms.Struttmann was a participant in the New Teacher Residency Program and taught 6th grade Humanities last year at ANCS with Mr.Lindsey Brown. She is excited to start back up at Kindezi O4W in 4th grade and is confident that her, “passion for teaching will carry her seamlessly through her transition.”

Motivated by her overwhelming drive to help others and improve the education system as a whole, she cannot wait to gain the knowledge from the students and colleagues at Kindezi. She couldn't be happier to be a part of the inaugural staff at Kinezi O4W. In her opinion Kindezi, “provides the opportunity to explore each students individual talents and help them on their way to discover their own individual greatness.”

In her free time Ms.Struttmann enjoys attending local festivals and shows with her family and friends. Also, Ms. Struttmann enjoys local art and frequenting local thrift stores hunting for vintage pieces that hold historical or sentimental significance  She loves being outdoors and spending time in the various dog parks throughout Atlanta with her mini pug Tater-Tott.
