Kindezi Medication Policy

In order to take medication at school scholars must submit a written approval from their physician. Once the school has received this documentation, the front office will be able to administer the medication. Please let your student's teacher, SS/ELA and Math/SCI, know so that they can check in with your student and send them to the front office to take their medication when needed.
