Updates 02.22.2016

Hello parents!

I hope that everyone had a great restful break.

Here are some things that are going on this week in ELA/SS:

REMEMBER the packet of work I handed out before break is due tomorrow 2/23/16. I will remind scholars and ask if anyone has questions today in class.

We will be continuing our prep for the Milestones this week. We will be focusing on theme and how to correctly answer short constructed response questions. If you would like extra resources for home, please let me know. I would be more than happy to put something together.

No WTW this week!

We will be continuing our unit on Westward Expansion. Tonight scholars will be reading about the Oregon Trail for homework and answering questions. They will be quizzed on the material that we have covered in class on Friday.

Wednesday folders WILL go home this Wednesday. Check your scholar's communication folder for school updates and important information.

CONTINUE to check DOJO for classroom updates and homework updates.

Classroom Needs:

- kleenex tissues

- spray cleaner without bleach

- pencils
