PEACE Month

Hello all!

4th grade is deeming the month of March PEACE MONTH. We will be promoting peaceful play, interaction, conversation and overall being in our 4th grade POD. We have different activities planned for the scholars and we are excited to roll them out starting this week. Some of our activities include:

- analyzing quotes by our great leaders in daily meeting

- Peace Sign/Tye-Dye day

- human peace sign creation

- peaceful competitions

- Peace essay contest

- and many more!

THIS WEDNESDAY IF SCHOLARS EARN 12 OR MORE PEACE SIGNS FOR PEACEFUL ACTS (see attached document) THEY MAY DRESS DOWN ON WEDNESDAY 11/09/16

They are encouraged to wear peace signs, the dye, peaceful messages, etc. They may wear jeans. If you have any questions, please ask your scholar's homeroom teacher. REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY FOR SCHOLARS WHO EARN THE PRIVILEGE.
