Ruth Lambert Math/Sci

Greetings, Kindezi Village!

I graduated from Kennesaw State University, KSU, with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and a Certificate in Leadership Studies (Go OWLS!).  At KSU, I was a cofounder of the Kennesaw State University Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter. Currently, I am wrapping up my Masters in Gifted Education at Liberty University, which is my second “stop” to many lifelong goals.

In the past, I have taught kindergarten, first grade, third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade mathematics. I have also taught middle grades newspaper electives, Jr. Robotics, and the First Lego League (FLL), which is a student led program that teaches children how to program robots while designing an innovative project.  I currently teach Fourth Grade Math and Science and the Kindezi’s First Lego League!

When it comes to educating our children, I believe firmly that every child can learn, and I believe that every child should be given the opportunity to prove that they are super geniuses.  I set really high expectations for my children.  We never settle for the bare minimum.  We always reach higher, but we do it together, as a family.

Outside of school, I am extremely passionate about developing interpersonal relationships with people. I love getting to know people inside and outside of my direct community.  I have found that people always have an interesting life story that has led us together. I also love spending time with my encouraging husband and our two fur babies, Diesel (Valley Bulldog) and Khaleesi “Khalee” (Pitbull mix).
